New to River Plantation?
Nestled among tall Texas pines and majestic oaks, River Plantation is home to more than 1,300 families. With easy access to I-45, residents enjoy an ideal location between Conroe to the north and The Woodlands to the south. We are about 40 miles north of Houston. Travel to Bush Intercontinental Airport is an easy trip on the Hardy Toll Road, approximately a 30 minute drive.
Over the years River Plantation has grown into one of Montgomery County’s most comfortable and inviting communities. In addition to a regular influx of new faces it is not uncommon to find second and third generation RP residents returning with their families to live in the neighborhood. A wide variety of resale custom homes in many price ranges are available and new home construction is still taking place.
The feel of River Plantation is unique from the moment you pass through the covered bridge. The community is fortunate to be situated around a 27 hole golf course, privately owned River Plantation Country Club. Verdant green fairways wind their way throughout the subdivision.
