All residents are encouraged to attend the River Plantation home-owner’s Annual Meeting on Tuesday, January 25th, 7:30 p.m. at the RP Country Club.

Easter Egg Hunt ~ The Saturday before Easter weekend ~ 11 a.m. sharp at The Park! Hunters will be divided into age groups so everyone will have a chance to get some eggs but they go quick so be on time! Prizes for best basket, finding the Golden Egg, etc.!

Community Garage Sale ! Sign up at the Office, $7 to be put on the Neighborhood Map that will be passed out to customers at the entrances to the subdivision. We advertise in The Courier, The Villager, Craigs List, and The Woodlands Online.

If you can’t make it to the office M-F 9-2, you can put your $ in the drop box with your name and address.

Home Owners Meeting: June 28nd at River Plantation Country Club, 7:30 p.m. Your attendance matters! This is when we approve the annual budget that will keep the subdivision running for the next year so please attend and vote.

Our annual Independence Day blowout ~ Prepare to party!   Join in the Parade - You can walk, ride your bike, golf cart, specialty car, or make a float! Decorate your selves and your ride! Line-up at 10 a.m., Judging at 10:30.   Parade begins at 10:45 and will wind over to Stonewall Jackson all the way around and back to RP Dr., then back to The Park where the pool party will commence!   Music, food and good neighbors. Come on down, y’all.

Labor Day Pool Party ! Last RP party of the year - This one will also feature food, fun, and music!   Noon to 4 p.m. Food while it lasts!

Fall Community Garage Sale. You know the drill... sign up at the office ($7). It will be advertised in the Courier and Villager and on-line at The Woodlands Online and Craigslist. Great time to clean out your old stuff and make room for the new, or go buy someone else’s old stuff and make it your new!

Santa at the Gazebo! 10-12. Bring the kids, pets, and cameras. Santa will be giving out goodies and updating "The List". Elf on hand to assist.

Christmas Decorating Contest ~ Does your house look super festive? Does your Christmas decor make others stop in awe and admiration? Nominate your neighbors. Nominate yourself!     Honor and prizes will be bestowed upon the winners.   Actual Judging will take place on December 17th.
