The class 1 commercial injection well fight well fight in Montomery County is in full swing. Just completed in Austin: the remanded SOAH hearing and this week a RR commission hearing between Texcom and Denbury. Denbury now owns the old Exxon oilfield and, together with the City of Conroe and local government, are fighting these wells on Crighton Road. ATTENDANCE IMPORTANT
